Albanian Recipe-Baked Lamb and Yogurt (Tavë Kosi)
A decent Albanian Recipe to attempt !
Albanian Recipe Ingredients:
1-1/2 lbs sheep
4 tablespoons margarine (1/2 stick)
2 tablespoons rice
Salt, pepper
For Yogurt sauce:
1 tablespoon flour
4 tablespoons margarine (1/2 stick)
2 lbs. yogurt
5 eggs
Salt, pepper
Albanian Recipe Instructions:
Cut meat in 4 serving pieces, sprinkle each piece with salt and pepper, and prepare in a tolerably warmed broiler with a large portion of the margarine, sprinkling the meat with its sauce every so often.
