Albanian Recipe Ingredients:
2 cups of dry white beans
1/2 cup slashed onion
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons pureed tomatoes
1 tablespoon slashed parsley
1 tablespoon slashed mint
salt, bean stew powder
Albanian Recipe Instructions:
Bubble beans in steaming hot water in a revealed pot for 5 minutes. Flush and bubble for an additional 15 minutes in a canvassed stock pot in 3 cups heated water. Sauté onion in olive oil until it becomes yellow. Add 2 tablespoons bean stock from the pot alongside pureed tomatoes, parsley, salt and stew powder for taste. Cook for 10 minutes or until a thick sauce is framed, then empty everything into the pot. Add slashed mint, cover firmly and cool for 2 hours over low hotness, or for 30 minutes in a strain cooker.
