Veal or Chicken with Walnuts (Gjellë me Arra) 

Albanian Recipes Ingredients:

2 tablespoons flour
15 finely squashed shelled pecans
2 beaten egg burdens
1 minced garlic clove
1/4 lb. sticks spread
2-3 lbs of Veal or Chicken meat cut up in 1" 3D squares

Albanian Recipe Instructions:

Place the meat or chicken in a pot and cook over medium hotness until delicate. Then eliminate the meat putting it to the side in a dish while leaving the excess juices in the pan. In another pot, add the flour and sauté over heat until it turns out to be light brown in shading (don't overcook!) and add the a large portion of a stick of margarine. Then, add the finely squashed pecans, minced garlic clove, and the two egg burdens, blending continually. Add the juices from the other pan and sauté until every one of the fixings thicken. Promptly eliminate from the hotness to try not to cement the egg yolks. Then, at that point, crease in either the meat or chicken.
