Albanian Recipe : Bean Yahni Soup : Jani me Fasule

Albanian Recipe Ingredients:

2 cups of dry white beans
1/2 cup slashed onion
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons pureed tomatoes
1 tablespoon slashed parsley
1 tablespoon slashed mint
salt, bean stew powder

Albanian Recipe Instructions:

 Bubble beans in steaming hot water in a revealed pot for 5 minutes. Flush and bubble for an additional 15 minutes in a canvassed stock pot in 3 cups heated water. Sauté onion in olive oil until it becomes yellow. Add 2 tablespoons bean stock from the pot alongside pureed tomatoes, parsley, salt and stew powder for taste. Cook for 10 minutes or until a thick sauce is framed, then empty everything into the pot. Add slashed mint, cover firmly and cool for 2 hours over low hotness, or for 30 minutes in a strain cooker. Albanian Recipe Ingredients:

1 lb ground meat
1 cut flat bread
1 little onion, finely-ground
2 tablespoons hacked Feta cheddar
2 tablespoons bread pieces
2 tablespoons oil or dissolved spread
1 tablespoon hacked parsley
Salt
Pepper
Mint
Oregano
1 cup flour
1 cup oil (olive oil suggested)

Albanian Recipe Instructions:

 Absorb bread water and press hard to deplete. Add ground meat, bread scraps, oil or softened spread, onion, parsley, salt, pepper, and mint. Blend completely, and structure into 1-inch thick patties, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and oregano. Roll in flour and fry in hot oil. Serve hot with French Fries or pounded potatoes.Cool. Albanian Recipe Ingredients:

3 lg. cucumbers
2 qts. buttermilk
1 to 2 cloves garlic
Salt to taste

Albanian Recipe Instructions:

Skin and cut up cucumbers. Cut into scaled down pieces. Put in huge bowl. Smash garlic. Add to cucumbers. Pour in buttermilk. Blend completely (more garlic might be added, assuming you wish). Salt to taste. Keep refrigerated. Serve cold. Partake in the ALBANIAN TERA TA !

Albanian baked lamb with rice (Tavë kosi)

Fixings
70g/2½oz spread
1 tbsp olive oil
1.2kg/2lb 12oz boned sheep shoulder, cut into 5cm/2in 3D shapes
4 garlic cloves, ground
1 tsp dried oregano
60g/2¼oz long-grain rice, flushed
50g/1¾oz plain flour
600ml/20fl oz Greek-style yogurt
4 free roaming eggs, beaten
newly ground nutmeg, to wrap up
salt and newly ground dark pepper
Strategy
Preheat the stove to 180C/160C Fan/Gas 4.
Heat 20g/¾oz of the spread and the olive oil in an enormous lidded container over a high hotness. Brown the sheep in clumps.
Return all the sheep to the dish. Add the garlic, oregano and 200ml/7fl oz water. Bring to a stew and cook, covered with a top, for around 45-an hour until the sheep is delicate.
Mix in the rice, and season with salt and pepper. Move to a 3 liter/5¼ 16 ounces stoneware or other ovenproof dish.
Liquefy the leftover margarine in a little pan, add the flour and make a roux, cook for 2 minutes, then, at that point, remove the hotness. Add the yogurt and blend well, then, at that point, return to the hotness and cook tenderly for several minutes. Remove the hotness, add the beaten eggs and season with salt and pepper.

12 oz okra, new or frozen
2 drug green peppers, diced
2 cup celery, diced
4 oz onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, squeezed
salt and pepper, to taste
½ cup water
1 lb cooked sheep, in scaled down 3D shapes
¼ tsp thyme
paprika
ground lemon skin

Albanian Recipe Instructions

Cook okra until fluid vanished in skillet or Microwave dish, mixing incidentally for 5 minutes.
Add green pepper, celery, Onion, garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Mix to keep vegetables from staying.
Add water, Lamb and thyme and stew, covered, over Low hotness for 20 minutes until warmed through.
Sprinkle with paprika and enhancement with lemon skin. Appreciate !

15 finely squashed shelled pecans
2 beaten egg burdens

Albanian Vegetable Pies : Byrek shqiptar me perime 

 Most of the pies prepared by Albanian cooks are not sweet but are salty. A piece of such a pie may well serve as the main dish of a meal. Try this nice Albanian recipe of vegetable pie ! 

Albanian Recipes Ingredients:
  • 1 cup oil, preferably olive oil
  • 1 1/2 packets (or about 30) pastry leaves (Filo Dough)
  • 1 1/2 pounds spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup diced feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 eggs
  • salt, half teaspoon
(NOTE: A medium-sized, round baking pan is recommended because it's more authentic but any medium-sized baking pan will do). 

Albanian Recipe Instructions: 

Brush the baking pan with some of the oil, and start laying the pastry leaves inside. First, lay two leaves, sprinkle or brush with oil, then lay two other leaves, and repeat the procedure until half of the leaves are laid. Make sure that they cover the pan by hanging them about one inch over the edges of the pan. Sprinkle spinach with salt, then mix well by hand. Add the feta cheese, oil, onions, eggs and salt, and spread this mixture over the already laid pastry leaves. Finish by covering the spinach with the rest of the pastry leaves repeating the first-half procedure and then roll the hanging edges of the bottom leaves over the pie (think of a pizza crust), sprinkle top with oil and bake moderately at 3501_F for about 45 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve hot, accompanied with buttermilk, or beaten yogurt, thinned down in cold water or with chilled stewed prunes. The Albanian recipe of vegetable pie is ready to serve.....Enjoy it !
